• Times: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (20-minute drop-off and pick-up windows)
• Ages: 6 to 15
• Service area: Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Canyon Hills, Menifee, Wildomar, Murrieta, and surrounding cities
• Availability: Limited — register early

Pricing

• Early bird (through May 15): $400 + FREE Camp Rashguard
• Regular price (after May 15): $450 (Camp Rashguard available separately for $50)

• Member discount: $100 off for current Shimeru members
• Sibling discount: 10% off each sibling's registration

Refund Policy

Full refund available until June 1. Cancellations after June 1 receive a 50% refund.

• One hour of jiu jitsu instruction and sparring daily
• One hour of judo instruction and sparring daily
• Games and activities throughout the day — plastic axe throwing, cornhole, giant Connect 4, and more
• Weekly family-friendly movie on our 10-foot screen

Camp Leadership

Camp is designed by Shimeru Head Instructor Patrick Dooley and led by Coach Sammy Solis with the help of our assistant coaches.

• Coach Sammy Solis — judo black belt, SafeSport certified
• Leads Shimeru's kids judo program and Level 2 kids BJJ class
• Nearly five years of coaching experience with kids ages 4 through their teen years
• Led our highly popular 2025 Summer Camp

Our Facility

• Nearly 3,000 square feet of elevated mat space
• Most mats built on spring sub-floors for impact absorption and joint safety
• Refrigerators and microwaves available for campers' lunches
• Located inside The Outlets at Lake Elsinore for easy parking and drop-off

Already a Shimeru member? Registering is simple:

1. Log into your personal Shimeru account.
2. Click Add Membership.
3. Select Summer Camp 2026 — Members from the available list.

Your camp registration is automatically discounted $100 — so you can give your kids the full camp experience while keeping all classes and the rest of the month available to them.

How New Members Register

2. Create an account for each camper, listing parents' names in the Emergency Contact fields.
