Shimeru's Jiu Jitsu & Judo Summer Camp!

Here are the details of Shimeru's Jiu Jitsu & Judo Summer Camp at the Outlets at Lake Elsinore!


Basic Information

  • Runs June 10th to August 2nd — a full eight weeks 

  • 8:30am to 3:30pm Daily (early drop-off and late pickup available for a fee*)

  •  Ages 5 to 15 

  • Great summer camp for kids from Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Wildomar, Murrieta and other surrounding cities. 


Rates & Discounts

  • $250 per week: Early Bird Special (Ends April 30) 

  • $300 per week: Booked from May 1 through end of Summer

  • 10% Discount if you book all 8 weeks

  • 5% Discount if you book 4 weeks

  • 10% Sibling Discount **

  • Note: 10% is the maximum discount, so only one will apply.


Activities

  • One hour of jiu jitsu instruction and sparring daily

  • One hour of judo instruction and sparring daily

  • Daily games and activities such as kids creating and performing skits, Nerf battles, etc.

  • Daily family-friendly movies on 10-foot screen to give kids downtime

  • Weekly pizza parties

  • And More! 

Classes will be taught by Shimeru's primary coaches, led by head coach Patrick Dooley (former camp counselor extraordinaire), a second-degree judo black belt and first degree jiu jitsu black belt. He will be joined on the mat and throughout the camp by his wife Breeanna, a jiu jitsu purple belt; and coach Sammy, also a two-discipline martial artist, currently attending college studying child development.


Our team of coaches has been working together for nearly three years teaching jiu jitsu and judo to scores of children, ages four through teenage years. Shimeru's facilities are top notch, with our mat spaces built on spring sub-floors for the safest possible training environment. Coach Patrick is a national-level judo coach and SafeSport certified. Safety is always our number one priority, and this objective is reinforced with our students daily.

** Sibling discounts will need to be first purchased at full rate, then the 10% will be refunded to your account as quickly as possible. We acknowledge this isn't ideal, but there is unfortunately no mechanism provided by our web service for automating the discount. **
