Shimeru Judo & Jiu Jitsu Club is owned by head coach Patrick Dooley and his wife and assistant coach, Bree Dooley. Patrick is a third-generation judoka who began judo at the age of nine. A multi-discipline martial artist, he earned his second-degree judo black belt under Sensei Juan Montenegro of OC Judo, and his jiu jitsu black belt under Professor Orlando Alonso of Carlson Gracie Menifee.
